Development of Religious Moderation Education Based on Cognitive Construction Management Model at IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon
Abstract
The purpose of the study describes the condition of religious moderation at IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon, religious moderation is a necessity that must be developed to provide awareness that religion requires awareness to respect differences, religion requires compassion for fellow religious people, religion provides a spirit of respect for humanity and compassion. fellow religious people. This research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis that describes the situation of religious moderation on the IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon campus, a study developed from a cognitive construction model designed by building strong management from the IAIN Syekh Nurkati Cirebon campus. IAIN Sheikh Nurjati was used as the research location because it is very unique with various religious groups that are very varied in carrying out the amaliah moderation method. This study concludes that cognitive construction provides awareness to students to appreciate every difference that exists, cognitive construction management is very important to be encouraged at every level of education, especially in higher education. Religious moderation is one of the main pillars in creating relationships with all parties.
