Escalation of the Dlururejo Village Community, Jatikalen District, Nganjuk Regency through Melon Fruit Product Innovation

The amount of agricultural commodities in Dlururejo Village, one of which is melon farmers, is the main task for farmers to provide good processing. There needs to be a facilitator to restore and improve the agricultural sector in Dlururejo village, so that the economy of the Dlururejo community will be better. Melon fruit processing innovation is very much needed. Processing innovations that can be utilized to answer these problems, one of which is pudding. The opportunity for melons to be used as a result of creativity in the form of processed food is predicted to increase development, especially in the economic field of society. The counseling activity for making melon pudding was carried out as one of the many techniques carried out with the concept of service to help the welfare of the community by the Kediri State Islamic Institute (IAIN) in Dlururejo Village, Jatikalen District, Nganjuk Regency. The participants of this activity are a group of residents who accommodate the Family Welfare Development Organization (PKK) consisting of women in the village. In this activity, most of the insights on the basics of starting a business through product innovation are presented. Among other things, processing, licensing, packaging, to marketing. This activity is carried out as an effort to produce products that have a high level of competitiveness and are attractive which can then increase the value and quality of the melon
