Abstract

Smart Village is a government project in advancing the potential of villages throughout Indonesia. Smart Village can be developed through a village information system that has been implemented since 2020 and is in accordance with the mandate of Law No.6 of 2014. Based on this fact, the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting (KPI) study program iain Ponorogo held a community service program in Bekare village, Bungkal, Ponorogo. This service program aims to optimize Bekare village through a village information system. The development of the village information system is expected that Bekare village can use information technology innovatively to achieve improved quality of life, efficiency and competitiveness in economic, social and environmental aspects without leaving local wisdom. The method used for this service is Service Learning, which consists of four stages, namely: Preparation, Action, Reflection, Assessment and Evaluation. The results of this service are: 1) Bekare village's website and social media optimization activities aim to as a medium for community information. (2) Village profile video making activities uploaded on YouTube for the promotion of village potential to the community (3) Village public relations assistance activities can have a significant impact on the management of information media
