Abstract

Resilience is not the main focus and goal of economic activity, but it is essential to the revival of a slumped economy. We need to remember that since the Covid-19 outbreak, the condition of businesses based on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) has been completely shaken. Many MSMEs have also been unable to survive and survive. MSMEs in Sawoo village are mostly home industries ranging from food, beverages, retail traders, and processing industries. Based on the initial interview conducted by the service team, the head of Sawoo village said that in Sawoo village, there are several groups of assisted MSMEs. However, the condition of MSMEs in Sawoo village can be said to be "life reluctant to die unwillingly" because the purchasing power has dropped drastically. Therefore, some of the assisted MSMEs can no longer survive. With this opinion, the service team used the ABCD method to research the benefits and drawbacks of MSMEs in Sawoo Village. The findings revealed that MSMEs struggle to access capital, are unable to reach a broad market, and are unable to sell their products in mini markets, all of which are caused by the lack of business legality associated with MSMEs. This condition is aggravated by the understanding that the legality of the business is complex, costly and complicated. On that basis, to respond to these problems, the service team conducted services in the form of counselling on the regulation of ease of doing business for MSMEs and advocacy for business legality for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEe) actors in Sawoo village
