Entrepreneurial University adalah program yang melekat pada visi misi universitas untuk menciptakan wirausaha yang selalu beradaptasi dengan kondisi lingkungan yang kompleks. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prospek universitas yang memiliki visi entrepreneurial university. Dalam penelitian ini yang menggunakan metode deskriptif, untuk memahami konsep menuju universitas berorientasi kreatif, pendekatan penelitian dalam bentuk studi kepustakaan dan dokumenter. Dengan demikian, kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh entrepreneurial university pada skala regional jauh melampaui output komersial lulusan di perguruan tinggi manapun, sementara analisis biaya, manfaat, pemasaran, memberikan hasil tidak langsung dan nyata dalam hal daya tarik universitas.
