De-radicalization of Islamic Education through Open Educational Resources based Mobile Learning in the Society 5.0 Era: an Assistance for the Islamic Education Study Program Students' Association Community at IAI Al-Qodiri Jember
Abstract
This learning service program aims to give assistance for the establishment of multimedia learning within religious moderation that is integrated with Islamic Education (referred to PAI) learning material by using the Mobile Learning (ML) application on Open Educational Resources for students’ study program association (also referred to HMPS) within Islamic Education at IAI Al-Qodiri Jember. This study used the Community Development approach (bottom-up intervention, community mapping-based participation, participatory action, and monitoring and evaluation). The learning service program begins with building perceptions, awareness, and mapping activities about the urgency of understanding religious moderation and overcoming radicalism problems through IT media in educational institutions. Further, participatory action-based counseling activity was conducted through training and counseling activity which contains religious moderation characteristics and the dangers of radicalism through IT media spread in educational institutions. While the training programs include constructing learning media products using ML applications based on Open Educational Resources in religious moderation learning integrated with Islamic Education material. The results of the training activities went well because the students had made the product in accordance with the procedures or steps for making multimedia by using the ML application in religious moderation learning material integrated with the Islamic Education learning material.
