Among the essential ideas of this study is the need to seek assistance from university faculty members to prepare and implement development plans and projects in various fields and to appoint university professionals as advisory members on the boards of directors of companies, industry, commercial and financial institutions. By conducting a literature study and a qualitative descriptive analysis approach, we have found that many can support the role of universities in building the community's economy to develop the community's economy; there should be good communication between politicians and government institutions. Recommendations submitted by universities should be implemented wherever possible following existing financial conditions. With the support of digital technology, this will facilitate the realization of significant and sustainable economic development
